Read this gathering guide →Bring a few gifts you already chose. Leave with better labels, a little progress and a story worth keeping. The useful part is remembering who each gift is for—not wrapping it perfectly.
Start with a private list of owner and recipient codes. The printable labels deliberately leave those codes blank; they do not copy information from your Christmas list. Complete the code key privately, label as you go and check each finished pile before anyone leaves. The studio will not mark an existing gift purchased, wrapped or shipped on your behalf.
Bring usable paper scraps and bags you already own. A small strip can decorate a plain box, and a reusable bag solves an awkward shape without a new roll of paper. The supply quantities below are starting allowances to inspect, borrow or adapt—not a cart to fill. Never wrap a recalled or unsuitable item just because it is already purchased.
Choose a manageable number of gifts and a clear stopping time. Offer a watch-and-chat seat. Before leaving, keep receipts separate, check who takes each package and write down anything still needed for mailing. Actual retailer or carrier deadlines belong in the shipping planner after you verify them, not in a party invitation guessed by this tool.
Build a plan, then save, copy or print it. Nothing is sent to guests automatically.

Scrap rescue: decorate a plain package with one leftover strip.
The tiny story tag: a kind note, without revealing the contents.
